ECOLOMONDO ANNOUNCES AN INTERACTIVE WEBINAR ON MONDAY MAY 5 2025

Ecolomondo Corp. is prepared for an important webinar on Monday, May 5, 2025.

The webinar is under the theme "journey to profitability," an insightful webinar on May 5, 2025, at 4 p.m. ET, exploring the company's progress and future direction. Executive chairman Eliot Sorella will discuss the impact of the production challenges last year and how the new milling line installation at the Hawkesbury facility in Canada should mark a turning point for the overall production at the company's Hawkesbury TDP (thermal decomposition process) facility.

Recent weeks have been active at Ecolomondo. Recently, the company has been focused on the installation and commissioning of its new milling line. During this time, it filed its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2024, concluded amending agreements with debtholder Export Development Canada and recently initiated a private placement of $1-million, announced on April 30.

During the webinar, Mr. Sorella will discuss many topics, including the status of the commissioning of the new milling line at the Hawkesbury TDP facility.

Nominated for the 2025 Recircle Awards

Ecolomondo has been nominated as finalist at the 2025 Recircle Awards for the Tire Pyrolysis Award. The Recircle Awards is a global event designed to recognize the contribution of companies and individuals within the tire manufacturing, retreading and recycling industries toward the circular economy. The winners of the fourth Recircle Awards will be announced in a live ceremony on May 22, 2025, at the Future of Retreading and Recycling Conference, in Italy.
