ECOLOMONDO RETAINS INTEGRAL WEALTH SECURITIES INC. FOR CAPITAL MARKETS ADVISORY SERVICES
Subject to
the prior approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Ecolomondo Corp. has entered into an agreement with Integral Wealth Securities Inc. to assist in maintaining active and orderly trading in the market for the corporation's securities in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange and other applicable legislation.
Integral will trade shares of Ecolomondo on the TSX-V for the purposes of maintaining an active and orderly trading in the market and improving the liquidity of the companies' common shares. Integral is a national independent Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization-licensed investment dealer. Founded in 2003, the firm has established capabilities in market making, wealth management and investment banking.
Under the agreement, the company will pay Integral $6,000 per month, plus any applicable taxes, during the term. The term of engagement is continuing, with a minimum of three months and may be terminated by the company on 30 days of prior written notice anytime after the second month of the initial term. The company and Integral have an arm's-length relationship, and as of the date of the agreement neither Integral nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement between Integral and the company and Integral will not receive any shares or options from the company as compensation for services it will render. Integral will be responsible for the costs it incurs in buying and selling the company's common shares, and no third party will be providing funds or securities for the market making activities.
