EA Education Announces Letter of Intent for Proposed Acquisition of a Private School
 
March 27, 2015- EA Education Group Inc. (the "Company" or "EA") (CSE: EA) is pleased to announce that it has entered i
--->nto a non-binding letter of intent (the "LOI") with an independent third party with respect to the proposed acquisitio
--->n of  a private school (JK-G8) that is located in Greater Toronto Area (the "Proposed Acquisition"). Upon completion o
--->f the Proposed Acquisition, the Company will own and operate its first full-time private school in the Greater Toronto
---> Area.

Completion of the Proposed Acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including satisfactory completion of due 
--->diligence by the Company, execution of a definitive agreement that must be approved by the Board of Directors of the C
--->ompany, as well as any required regulatory approvals.
