ENTERPRISE GROUP ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Enterprise Group Inc. has released the voting results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 12, 2025.

Election of directors

Five nominees were elected as directors of the company to hold office until the next annual meeting of the shareholders, as detailed in the attached table.

Appointment of auditor

By vote by way of a show of hands, Doane Grant Thornton LLP, chartered professional accountants, of Edmonton, Alta., was appointed as the auditor of the company.

Stock option plan

The resolution to approve the unallocated entitlements under the company's stock option plan was passed with 95.286 per cent of votes cast in favour of the resolution and 4.714 per cent of votes cast against the resolution.
