DYNACERT ANNOUNCES FINANCING AGREEMENT WITH CIPHER NEUTRON

DynaCERT Inc. has agreed with Cipher Neutron Inc. that DynaCERT will invest in Cipher Neutron equity 10 per cent of the net proceeds upon closing of the company's proposed unit offering announced in DynaCERT's press release dated Oct. 16, 2023. Further investments in Cipher Neutron by way of dynaCERT's options to purchase equity in Cipher Neutron, described in dynaCERT's Press Release dated February 22, 2023, remain in place.

Gurjant Randhawa, CEO of Cipher Neutron, stated, "Cipher Neutron is pleased to have dynaCERT confirm its interest in working with Cipher Neutron. Our AEM Green Hydrogen Electrolysers continue to garner global interest. Our close collaboration relationship with dynaCERT provides Cipher Neutron with R&D labs and state-of-the art equipment, a semi-automated assembly line to meet global demand of our commercial products, and the marketing reach of dynaCERT in the worldwide hydrogen space."
