DYNACERT ENGAGES CANACCORD GENUITY AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR

DynaCERT Inc. has engaged Canaccord Genuity Corp. as its financial adviser as part of a process to seek potential transactions to enhance or improve the company's current financial condition in view of existing financial market conditions.
