DYNACERT ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

DynaCERT Inc. has appointed Jean-Pierre Colin as interim chief financial officer of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Colin is also currently executive vice-president, corporate secretary and a director of the company.

The company also announces the resignation of Carmelo Marrelli as the chief financial officer of the company, effective immediately. DynaCERT thanks Mr. Marrelli for his services as chief financial officer.
