DYNACERT ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

Richard Lu from the board of directors of DynaCERT Inc., effective immediately.

Mr. Lu tendered his resignation because he has become the president and chief executive officer of a company that recently went public, and that company has asked him to devote 100 per cent of his time to this new endeavour.

DynaCERT thanks Mr. Lu for his services on the board of directors.
