DANAVATION TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Danavation Technologies Corp. has granted an aggregate of 2.35 million options to purchase common shares of the company exercisable at a price of 15 cents per common share expiring on Jan. 5, 2027, to certain officers, directors, consultants and employees of the company. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four-month hold period from the original date of grant.
