WATERLINE SUPPORTS GROWTH AND INVESTS IN OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY WITH DESCARTES' LAST MILE DELIVERY SOLUTION

Waterline is supporting business growth by enhancing the operational efficiency of its fleet delivery and customer service operations using The Descartes Systems Group Inc.'s cloud-based route planning and optimization; predelivery customer e-mail notifications; and electronic proof-of-delivery (ePOD) solutions. With the solutions, Waterline has achieved a 4-per-cent reduction in fleet mileage and decreased customer contact centre enquiries by 50 per cent.
