ADF GROUP INC. Q1-2027 CONFERENCE CALL INVITATION

ADF Group Inc. will publish the results for its first quarter ended April 30, 2026, on June 9, 2026, at 7 a.m. Eastern Time.

Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer of ADF Group, will host a conference call on the same day at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the corporation's most recent results and outlook for the coming quarters.

A question-and-answer session from financial analysts will follow ADF's presentation where Mr. Boursier will be available to answer questions.
