ADF GROUP INC. Q3-2026 CONFERENCE CALL INVITATION

ADF Group Inc. will publish the results the three-month and nine-month periods ended Oct. 31, 2025, on Dec. 11, 2025, at 7 a.m. Eastern Time.

Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer of ADF Group, will host a conference call on the same day at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the corporation's most recent results and outlook for the coming quarters.

A question-and-answer session from financial analysts will follow ADF's presentation where, along with Mr. Boursier, Jean Paschini, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, will be available to answer questions.
