ADF GROUP INC. CONFERENCE CALL INVITATION ACQUISITION OF GROUPE LAR INC.

Jean Paschini, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of ADF Group Inc., and Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer, will host a conference call on Oct. 29, 2025, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the acquisition of Groupe LAR.

The corporation will publish a press release on the same day at 7 a.m. Eastern Time.

A question-and-answer session from financial analysts will follow ADF's presentation.
