ADF GROUP INC. FISCAL YEAR 2024 CONFERENCE CALL INVITATION

ADF Group Inc. will publish its results for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2024, on April 11, 2024, at 7 a.m. ET.

Jean Paschini, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, and Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer, will co-host a conference call on the same day at 10 a.m. ET to discuss the corporation's most-recent results and outlook for the coming quarters.
