ADF GROUP INC. Q1-2024 CONFERENCE CALL INVITATION

ADF Group Inc. will release the results for its first quarter ended April 30, 2023, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 7 a.m. ET.

Jean Paschini, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, and Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer, will host a conference call on the same day at 10 a.m. ET to discuss the corporation's most-recent results and outlook for the coming quarters.

A question-and-answer session with financial analysts will follow ADF's presentation.
