Appointment to ADF Group Inc. board of directors

TERREBONNE, QC, Sept. 5, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - ADF GROUP INC. ("ADF" or the "Corporation") (TSX: DRX) is pleased to announce today the appointment of Mr. Tony. Meti as Co-Chairman and Independent Leader to the Corporation's Board of Directors. Mr. Meti is an independent member of ADF Group's Board of Directors since 2008. He is also a member of the Corporation's Audit and Nominating, Compensation and Governance Committees. This appointment aims to distribute the responsibilities of the Chair of the Board of Directors, while ensuring that sound corporate governance practices are maintained.

In addition to his new responsibilities at ADF, Mr. Meti is an administrator and a consultant in the financial sector for over 30 years. Between 1985 and 2007, Mr. Meti held executive and top management positions at the National Bank of Canada. Mr. Meti is also member of Saputo Inc. Board of Directors.
