MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION TO ANNOUNCE SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON AUGUST 6, 2026

Medical Facilities Corp. will release its second quarter 2026 financial results prior to market open on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026. Medical Facilities' financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2026, will be filed on SEDAR+ following the release, and will also be available on the same day on Medical Facilities's website. Management will host an earnings conference call to review the financial results at 8:30 a.m. ET the same morning.
