MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND

Medical Facilities Corp. has declared a cash dividend of 8.05 cents per common share, payable on April 15, 2024, to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on March 28, 2024.

The ex dividend date for this distribution is March 27, 2024. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an eligible dividend, pursuant to Subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any province of Canada.
