MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2023 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
The nominees listed in Medical Facilities Corp.'s management information circular for the 2023 annual meeting of shareholders held on May 11, 2023, via on-line webcast were elected as directors of the corporation.
Detailed results of the votes by proxy and ballot for the election of directors are set out in the attached table.
At the meeting, the shareholders of the corporation also approved the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as auditor of the corporation and authorized the board of directors of the corporation to fix their remuneration, with 99.08 per cent of the votes in favour.
