DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES ARIZONA SUPREME COURT DENIAL OF CITY OF FLAGSTAFF PETITION

On Sept. 9, 2025, the Arizona Supreme Court denied the City of Flagstaff's petition for Review of a Special Action Decision of the Court of Appeals in City of Flagstaff vs. Desert Mountain Energy Corp. That, as a result of this decision, the entirety of the Arizona Court of Appeals' March 4, 2025, decision is upheld. The company will have additional comments shortly.
