DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP. SIGNS AGREEMENT TO EXPAND NATURAL GAS PRODUCTION, DRIVING GROWTH AND JOB CREATION IN NEW MEXICO

Desert Mountain Energy Corp. has signed an agreement with Roswell Information Park LLC to purchase all natural gas produced by Desert Mountain in the West Pecos field. Additionally, Roswell Information Park will serve as the primary purchaser for all natural gas entering the pipeline into the Information Park, including gas not attributed to Desert Mountain, for which the company will receive management fees.

Desert Mountain is collaborating closely with Sustany LLC, Roswell Information Park, and relevant local, state and federal authorities to foster job creation, long-term growth and infrastructure enhancements in the region.

The proposed information centre is initially expected to generate between 100 and 200 megawatts of power, and will ramp up to in excess of 500 MW. Discussions are under way to sell excess power back into the New Mexico power grid. Desert Mountain, Sustany and Roswell Information Park are also exploring applications for multiple state and federal infrastructure grant programs to support these initiatives.

"Additionally, our collaboration with Sustany LLC to explore hydrogen assets at the West Pecos field in New Mexico underscores our commitment to advancing innovative, sustainable energy solutions."

In Arizona, Sustany continues to explore the development of the McCauley field area and the utilization of properties currently owned by Desert Mountain for the establishment of smaller data centres. These data centres aim to contribute to Arizona's economic growth and optimize Desert Mountain's existing landholdings.
