DATAMETREX CANCELS RSUS

Datametrex AI Ltd. has cancelled an aggregate of 12 million unvested restricted share units (RSUs) previously held by former employees, directors and officers of the company, pursuant to the company's 2023 omnibus incentive plan.

As announced in the press releases dated Jan. 29, 2024, and Feb. 15, 2024, the company granted 22.1 million restricted share units on Jan. 29, 2024, vesting on Jan. 29, 2025, and 12.5 million RSUs on Feb. 15, 2024, vesting on Feb. 15, 2025, pursuant to the plan.

Following the cancellations, an aggregate of 22.6 million RSUs remain outstanding under the plan. The company remains committed to aligning its incentive plans with its operational goal and eligible participants.
