DATAMETREX PASSES ALL PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS DURING THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Datametrex AI Ltd. has released the voting results from the annual general meeting held on Nov. 13, 2024.

At the meeting, 17.15 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company were represented. Details of all resolutions that were voted on are set out in the management information circular dated Oct. 2, 2024. The circular is available on SEDAR+.

With the approval of the shareholders at the meeting, all the resolutions were approved, including the following:

• Fixing the number of directors at four;
• Re-electing directors of the company;
• Appointing Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP as the auditor of the company;
• Approving the name change and stock symbol;
• Authorizing the corporation's sale of its health division;
• Authorizing the continuation from the province of Ontario to the province of British Columbia;
• Approving the consolidation of the common shares;
• Approving the omnibus incentive plan.
