DATAMETREX ANNOUCES RSU GRANT

Datametrex AI Ltd.'s board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 22.1 million restricted share units in accordance with the company's omnibus incentive plan to employees, directors and consultants of the company. Each RSU entitles the holder to acquire one common share on vesting, and the RSUs vest 50 per cent, effective immediately, and 50 per cent on April 15, 2024. The plan was approved by the shareholders of the company at the annual and special meeting shareholders on Dec. 14, 2023.
