The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a share purchase agreement dated Nov. 13, 2023, between the company and Graph Blockchain Inc., whereby the company sold DataMetrex Electric Vehicle Solutions Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to sell the subsidiary in exchange for 15 million common shares of the purchaser at a deemed price of five cents per share and is also entitled to up to $3-million earnout payment in cash subject to achievement of certain budget projections by the subsidiary in the next three years.
