Datametrex AI Ltd.'s board of directors has approved a rolling stock option plan of five million common shares at an exercised price of seven cents under the company's stock options plan to employees of the company. The shares vest immediately and expire on Aug. 14, 2025. The plan was approved by the shareholders of the company and the board on Aug. 14, 2023.
