DELTA GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Delta Resources Ltd. has granted 1,863,000 stock options to management, the board of directors, employees and consultants. The options are exercisable at 26.5 cents for five years from the date of the grant and vest 50 per cent on Dec. 31, 2023, and 50 per cent on Dec. 31, 2024.
