DREAM INDUSTRIAL REIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION

Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its February, 2024, monthly distribution in the amount of 5.833 cents per unit (70 cents annualized). The February distribution will be payable on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.

Dream Industrial is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. As at Dec. 31, 2023, Dream Industrial owns, manages and operates a portfolio of 327 industrial assets totalling approximately 71.4 million square feet of gross leasable area in key markets across Canada, Europe and the United States. Dream Industrial's goal is to deliver strong total returns to its unitholders through secure distributions, as well as growth in net asset value and cash flow per unit underpinned by its high-quality portfolio and an investment-grade balance sheet.
