The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, Nov. 14, edition that RBC Capital analyst Pammi Bir has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Dream Industrial REIT. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Bir trimmed his unit target by a loonie to $16, matching the consensus. Mr. Bir says in a note: "We believe Dream Industrial continues to set up well in an environment of economic uncertainty and higher rates. Notwithstanding some moderation in demand, we expect organic growth to hold up well, supported by an outsized gap between in-place and market rents (particularly on Canadian lease maturities). As well, developments and Summit JV related investments should provide incremental earnings and NAV upside. In short, we like the risk/reward mix at these levels." The Globe reported on Feb. 18 that Mr. Bir had reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Dream Industrial. The units were then worth $14.95. The Globe reported on July 19 and Oct. 25 that National Bank Financial rated Dream Industrial "outperform." It was then worth $14.24 and $12.08.
