Between November 18th 2024 and February 7th 2025, Maxwell A. Munday ("Munday") disposed of ownership of 3,500,000 common shares of Decade Resources Ltd. ("Decade"). The shares were sold on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Before the disposition, Munday owned or controlled or directed 22,500,000 shares, representing 15.30% of Decade's 147,032,690 now issued and outstanding shares.

Munday now owns or controls or directs 19,000,000 shares, representing 12.92% of Decade's 147,032,690 now issued and outstanding shares.

Munday now owns or controls or directs 31,000,000 warrants, representing 42.90% of Decade's 72,267,813 now issued and outstanding warrants.

The shares were disposed of for investment purposes. Munday may increase or decrease his ownership or control or direction of Decade's securities depending on market conditions, investment performance, reformulation of plans, and other relevant factors.

This news release is being issued as required by National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues.
