Mr. Maxwell Munday reports

Between Nov. 18, 2024, and Feb. 7, 2025, Maxwell A. Munday disposed of ownership of 3.5 million common shares of Decade Resources Ltd. The shares were sold on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Before the disposition, Mr. Munday owned, controlled or directed 22.5 million shares, representing 15.30 per cent of Decade's 147,032,690 now issued and outstanding shares.

Mr. Munday now owns, controls or directs 19 million shares, representing 12.92 per cent of Decade's 147,032,690 now issued and outstanding shares.

Mr. Munday now owns, controls or directs 31 million warrants, representing 42.90 per cent of Decade's 72,267,813 now issued and outstanding warrants.

The shares were disposed of for investment purposes. Mr. Munday may increase or decrease his ownership, control or direction of Decade's securities depending on market conditions, investment performance, reformulation of plans and other relevant factors.
