DECISIVE DIVIDEND CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2025 DIVIDEND AND TIMING OF Q3 2025 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL

In accordance with its current monthly dividend policy, the directors of Decisive Dividend Corp. have declared a dividend of 4.5 cents per common share for the month of November, 2025. The dividend is payable on Nov. 14, 2025, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31, 2025.

Eligible shareholders have the opportunity to reinvest dividends in accordance with the corporation's dividend reinvestment and cash purchase plan (DRIP). Additional details are available under the investors section of the corporation's website.

This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial legislation.

The corporation also announced today that it will host a conference call for interested parties on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at 8 a.m. Pacific Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss the corporation's Q3 2025 results. The call will be hosted by Jeff Schellenberg, Decisive's chief executive officer, Rick Torriero, chief financial officer, and Chris Goodchild, chief operating officer.

Decisive intends to release its financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2025, after market close on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025. The results will be available on SEDAR+ and on Decisive's website after dissemination has taken place.
