The Globe and Mail reports in its Wednesday, Oct. 4, edition that Acumen Capital analyst Nick Corcoran rates Data Communications Management "buy" in new coverage. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Corcoran set a share target of $6. Analysts on average target the shares at $5.50. The Globe says Mr. Corcoran began covering the stock in a report titled Getting ready to print money. The Globe adds that Mr. Corcoran is predicting notable margins and free cash flow gains for the provider of print and digital solutions. Mr. Corcoran says in a note: "Gross and Adj. EBITDA margins are expected to improve to historic levels over the next 18-24 months as cost and revenue synergies related to the acquisition of MCC [Moore Canada Corp.] are realized. Management is targeting synergies of $25-million to $30-million. Note, Adj. EBITDA excludes acquisition and integration costs, restructuring expenses, and other one-time or non-recurring items. The company is expected to incur $3-million to $5-million of restructuring costs per quarter through the end of 2024. FCF is expected to be $40.7-million in 2025 driven by margin expansion and restructuring costs trailing off."
