DECIBEL ACCELERATES UK POSITIONING WITH LAUNCH OF ITS GENERAL ADMISSION AND STANDARD ISSUE BRANDS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HILLTOP LEAF

Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. continues to expand its brands globally, and has entered into a brand licensing agreement with Hilltop Leaf Ltd. for the launch of its flower portfolio in the United Kingdom.

Highlights:

• Granted a limited licence over its Canadian industry-leading brands General Admission and Standard Issue to Hilltop in the U.K.;
• The expansion reflects further development of Decibel's international platform, demonstrating its commitment to building globally recognized brands and a diversified revenue stream with trusted partners;
• Launching initial portfolio of 15 General Admission and Standard Issue product lines, alongside six Hilltop Leaf branded product lines in fourth quarter 2026;
• Exporting finished, packaged medical products to the U.K., enabled by an end-to-end European Union good manufacturing qualified supply chain as both companies comply with the strict regulations required for the supply of medical-grade, quality-assured CBPMs into the U.K. market;
• Underpins Decibel's international expansion strategy.
