ARIANNE PHOSPHATE ENGAGES HYBRID FINANCIAL LTD

Arianne Phosphate Inc. has retained Hybrid Financial Ltd. to provide marketing services to the company. Hybrid has been engaged to heighten market and brand awareness for Arianne and to broaden the company's reach within the investment community.

Hybrid has agreed to comply with all applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange in providing the services.

Hybrid has been engaged by the company for an initial period of six months starting in July, 2023, which may be renewed thereafter. Hybrid will be paid a monthly fee of $15,000, plus applicable taxes, during the term of the engagement.

About Arianne Phosphate Inc.

Arianne Phosphate is developing the Lac a Paul phosphate deposits located approximately 200 kilometres north of the Saguenay/Lac St. Jean area of Quebec, Canada. These deposits will produce a high-quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39 per cent P2O5 with little or no contaminants (feasibility study released in 2013). The company has 196,809,271 shares outstanding.

Qualified person

Raphael Gaudreault, eng., qualified person by National Instrument 43-101, has approved this release. Mr. Gaudreault is also the company's chief operating officer.
