The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust has rolled back its units on a one-new-for-two-old basis, effective at the open on Feb. 27, 2024. According to the TSX, the units will continue trading under the symbol D.UN. The new Cusip number is 26153P 20 3.

The TSX notes that no fractional units will be issued as a result of the unit consolidation. Fractional units will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. To receive the postconsolidated units, unitholders must return the letter of transmittal together with unit certificates or direct registration advices to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
