DREAM OFFICE REIT ANNOUNCES JANUARY 2024 MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION

Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its January, 2024, monthly distribution of 8.333 cents per REIT unit, Series A ($1 annualized). The January distribution will be payable on Feb. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Jan. 31, 2024.
