DREAM OFFICE REIT ANNOUNCES JULY 2023 MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION

Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its July, 2023, monthly distribution of 8.333 cents per REIT unit, Series A ($1 annualized). The July distribution will be payable on Aug. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at July 31, 2023.
