The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust has made an offer dated May 10, 2023, to purchase up to $193.75-million of its trust units at $15.50 per unit. According to the TSX, the offer will expire at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on June 19, 2023, unless extended, varied or withdrawn.

To tender to the offer, unitholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal office in Toronto or transfer units pursuant to the procedures for book-entry transfer as described in the offer.

The notice of guaranteed delivery must be completed and received by the depositary on or prior to the expiry time. The letter of transmittal along with the units pertaining to the notice of guaranteed delivery must be received in Toronto on or prior to 5 p.m. Eastern Time on the second TSX trading day after the expiry time. Trades on June 19, 2023, will settle on June 20, 2023.
