Purchase price:   25 cents per common share

Warrants:  2,380,300 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,380,300 common shares

Warrant exercise price:  40 cents per share for a period of two years

Number of placees:  11 placees

The company has issued a new release announcing the closing of the private placement and setting out the expiry dates of the hold period(s).
