Further to the bulletins dated March 27, 2015, and March 14, 2016, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a second extension to the loan agreement between Bell Copper Corp. and Copper Fox Metals Inc. whereby the expiry date of the loan in the amount of $168,000 is further extended by one year to March 19, 2018. In consideration of the extension, Bell Copper will issue one million bonus warrants that are exercisable into common shares at 10 cents per share for a 12-month period.
