CURALEAF JOINS S&P/TSX COMPOSITE INDEX

Curaleaf Holdings Inc. has been selected for inclusion into the S&P/TSX Composite Index under the health care sector, effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025. This inclusion positions the company among the highest-capitalized and most actively traded stocks on the Toronto Stock Exchange. As the first United States-based cannabis operator to be included in the S&P/TSX Composite Index, the company is poised to gain increased visibility and credibility within one of North America's premier equity benchmarks.
