The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Curaleaf Holdings Inc. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Dec. 14, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 640,249,631 subordinate voting shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 187,753,386 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol CURA, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 23126M 10 2.

The TSX reports that Curaleaf is a producer and distributor of consumer products in cannabis. The company does not expect to pay cash dividends on its shares in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is Odyssey Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. The temporary market-maker is CIBC World Markets Inc.

According to the TSX, Curaleaf has been listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange since Oct. 20, 2015, under the symbol CURA. The company will be delisted from the CSE at the close on Dec. 13, 2023. It will continue to trade on the OTCQX under the symbol CURLF.
