Further to its bulletin dated Dec. 7, 2023, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Cubicfarm Systems Corp.'s common shares and 8.0 per cent unsecured convertible debentures will be now be delisted from the TSX at the close on Dec. 18, 2023. According to the TSX, the securities will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
