CUBICFARM SYSTEMS CORP. ANNOUNCES DELISTING FROM TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

In connection with Cubicfarm Systems Corp.'s previously announced delisting review process, its common shares and 8 per cent unsecured convertible debentures currently listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) will be delisted from the TSX at the close of markets on Dec. 18, 2023, for failure to meet continued listing requirements. The company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Dec. 19, 2023.
