CUBICFARMS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF AUDITOR

Cubicfarm Systems Corp.'s auditor, KPMG LLP, has resigned, effective May 18, 2023. The resignation, given by KPMG on its own initiative, has been considered and approved by the company's audit committee. There are no reportable events (as defined in National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations)) between the company and KPMG. The company is commencing the process to engage a replacement auditor for the 2023 fiscal year.
