The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Canadian Utilities Ltd.'s cumulative redeemable second preferred shares, Series FF (symbol CU.PR.I), will be delisted at the close on Dec. 1, 2025. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the Series FF shares on Dec. 1, 2025, for $25 per share.

Separately from the redemption price, the final quarterly dividend of 28.125 cents per Series FF share will be paid in the usual manner on Dec. 1, 2025, to the holders of record on Nov. 6, 2025. As the Series FF shares are held through the book entry system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued, Series FF shareholders need not take any action with respect to the redemption.
