CANADIAN UTILITIES TO RELEASE THIRD QUARTER 2025 RESULTS ON NOVEMBER 7, 2025

Canadian Utilities Ltd. will release its financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2025, on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025. The results, including financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, will be posted on the company website.

Canadian Utilities will hold a live teleconference and webcast with Bob Myles, chief executive officer, and Katie Patrick, executive vice-president, chief financial and investment officer, at 9 a.m. Mountain Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time) on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at 1-833-821-3314.
