CANADIAN UTILITIES TO RELEASE YEAR END 2023 RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 29, 2024

Canadian Utilities Ltd. will release its financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024. The news release will be distributed through Cision, and the results, including financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, will be posted on the Canadian Utilities website.

Canadian Utilities will hold a live teleconference and webcast at 9 a.m. Mountain Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at 1-800-319-4610. No passcode is required.

Brian Shkrobot, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, Wayne Stensby, chief operating officer, Atco Energy Systems, and Bob Myles, chief operating officer, Atco EnPower, will discuss year-end 2023 financial results and recent developments. Opening remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer period with investment analysts.
