CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES ARRIVAL OF THE FIRST NEXUS 20 AND DELIVERY TO H. CEGIELSKI - POZNAN S.A. IN POLAND

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has provided an update to its executed letter of intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski - Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), one of Poland's leading defence and industrial groups. HCP, headquartered in Poznan, is a historic and strategically significant manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe.

Update

Following its international shipment, the Nexus 20 arrived at the Port of Hamburg on July 29, 2026. The unit completed customs and import clearance and was subsequently transported to Poland, and has now arrived at HCP's Poznan facility.

The successful delivery completes a key milestone outlined under the letter of intent (LOI) between Critical Infrastructure and HCP, and places the Nexus 20 on site with HCP for the next phase of final fit out, technical evaluation, payload installation and proof-of-concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders.

The Nexus 20 is now positioned in one of Europe's most strategically important defence markets and within the industrial network of the PGZ Group.

Nexus to be showcased at MSPO: Sept. 8 to Sept. 11

The Nexus 20 will be on display at MSPO from Sept. 8 to Sept. 11.

MSPO is the largest defence trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe, attracting military sector leaders from around the world for years. It is also a prestigious meeting platform for government representatives, defence ministers, military staff delegations, and embassies, serving as a key forum for security dialogue. The fair provides an excellent opportunity to establish international business relationships and explore trends shaping the future of the defence industry.

Under the LOI, Critical Infrastructure and HCP intend to collaborate in the following areas:

• Production and assembly: establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region;
• Technology transfer: facilitating the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training and operational support;
• Strategic market expansion: leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and Critical Infrastructure's international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.

The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications, and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining Critical Infrastructure's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients.
